James Walker (sportsman)
James George Walker (9 October 1859 – 24 March 1923), was a Scottish rugby football player, and cricket player.[1][2][3]
Walker was born in Tradeston, Glasgow. He was capped twice for Scotland between 1882-83.[1][3] He also played for West of Scotland FC.[1]
He was the brother of Archibald Walker who was also capped for Scotland.[1]
Walker also played first-class cricket with Oxford University, Middlesex and represented the Scotland national cricket team.[2]
He died in Nether Auchendrane.
