"In the Summertime" is a song by Australian rock group Thirsty Merc. It was released in the Australian Summer of 2004. The track is a tribute to the Australian summer and is a reflection of the laidback Aussie style. The song reached #43 in the ARIA charts, and is used as the theme song for the Australian television program Bondi Rescue. Its music video was nominated for an ARIA Award in 2005.
