Ian James Clarke
Ian James Clarke (5 March 1931 – 29 June 1997) was a New Zealand rugby union player, farmer and rugby administrator. He was born in Kaponga, Taranaki, New Zealand on 5 March 1931.[1]
He was the brother of Don Clarke, another New Zealand rugby international player.
