Hyperolius kuligae is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is found in Cameroon, Gabon, and Uganda, and possibly found in Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, and Rwanda.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, swamps, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, heavily degraded former forest, ponds, and canals and ditches.
