Hourieh Peramaa or Horelma Peramam (Persian: حوریه) is a billionaire from Kazakhstan. She was born to Iranian parents.
She broke price records by purchasing a London mansion, the Toprak House (28,000 square feet), for 50 million pounds.[2] Peramaa is of Persian ancestry.
