Hobnail cell

In histopathology, a hobnail cell is a cell with a characteristic appearance, including a bulbous nucleus and nuclear projections into the cytoplasm. Hobnail cells are found in clear cell ovarian adenocarcinoma, collecting duct carcinoma, and in end-stage cirrhosis.[1][2]
