Hermione Way (born in Devon, England) is a new media journalist, Reality TV personality,[1] and entrepreneur.[2] She currently resides in Stowmarket, England, after moving from San Francisco.[3] Way started Newspepper, an internet video production company.[4] and worked as video correspondent for The Next Web.[5] Way was also a featured cast member, along with her brother, Ben Way, on Start-Ups: Silicon Valley, a reality show on Bravo.[6][7] She later launched a global start-up competition called StartUpWorld in 2012. She later worked for Tinder, and has now progressed onto managing a startup tech company in London.
Hermione Way has been named one of Business Insider "The 100 Most Influential Tech Women on Twitter" in 2014[8]
She lives in Suffolk with her baby daughter and husband Serhan Perincek.
