Helibelton Palacios Zapata (born 11 June 1993) is a Colombian association football defender, who plays for Deportivo Cali in the Categoría Primera A. Since 2013 he has been capped in the Colombian junior national teams.[2] [3] He is known for his velocity down the wing and defensive pace. He won the national title with Deportivo Cali in 2015.
