Hekmatabad-e Bala (Persian: حكمت ابادبالا, also Romanized as Ḩekmatābād-e Bālā)[1] is a village in Rayen Rural District, Rayen District, Kerman County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.[2]
