The high school has been built by Hayrullah Kefoğlu, a charitable citizen . 1986-1987 academic year was the first year of education in school. It had 410 students, 16 teachers, two officers and two janitors back then.
In 2005 school has gained Anatolian High School status. Since then school has 546 students, 42 teachers, 4 principal staff, and 2 civil servants.
