Hannibal TV (Tunisian Arabic: قناة حنبعل) is a privately owned television network in Tunisia, also known as HTV. The network has been broadcasting since 2005.
November 2013, Larbi Nasra sells nearly 90% stake in the chain [3]. Kadada Tarek, a Saudi of Palestinian origin, has a 49% stake and thus becomes the main shareholder of the chain. The remaining capital is held by Tunisian investors: Noureddine Hachicha Mongi Makni Habib Makni and Imed Ghaith [4], [5].
