Catholic Central High School is a college preparatory high school in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Founded in 1906 by Bishop Henry Richter and the Dominican Sisters, it is the oldest Catholic, coeducational, Diocesan high school in the U.S. Since being established, over 25,000 students have graduated.
The campus, located in Grand Rapids’ Heartside neighborhood, consists of three buildings with a pedestrian mall. The location is in close proximity to the Cathedral of Saint Andrew and Cathedral Square.

Rugby
Grand Rapids Catholic Central has been a dominant rugby team in the state of Michigan since the school offered the sport in 1998. The program has won nine state championships (’98, ’99, ’00, ’01, ‘03, ’04, ’05, ’11, ’14), finished runner-up three times (’02, ’06, ’10), and have traveled to play in the national championship tournament on three occasions (’03, ’04, ’13).
