Grammatobothus is a genus of small lefteye flounders native to the Indo-Pacific.

- Grammatobothus pennatus (J. D. Ogilby, 1913) (Pennant flounder)
- Grammatobothus polyophthalmus (Bleeker, 1865) (Threespot flounder)
