Gordeyevsky District (Russian: Горде́евский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[3] district (raion), one of the twenty-seven in Bryansk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the west of the oblast. The area of the district is 846.54 square kilometers (326.85 sq mi).[4] Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Gordeyevka.[1] As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 12,218, with the population of Gordeyevka accounting for 25.4% of that number.[5]
