Glastronome is a former restaurant located in Limmen, in the Netherlands. It was a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in the period 1980-1985.[1][2][3]
Head chef in the time of the Michelin star was Jaap Istha.[4]
Restaurant Glastronome closed down in 1987.[5]
