Gharami

The Gharami are Hindu caste found in the states of Haryana and western Uttar Pradesh in India. Their traditional occupation was thatching and lattice work.their customs are similar to other North Indian Hindus.those who make house mainly with thatch and bamboo.[1] In Uttar Pradesh, they have been granted Scheduled Caste status, and where they numbered 194 according 2001 Census of India.[2]
