Gavin Nolan
Gavin Nolan (born 1977) is a contemporary Welsh artist. Born in Cardiff, he was educated at Loughborough University and The Royal Academy of Arts, London. He has had solo exhibitions in London and Los Angeles. His 2010 show at Charlie Smith gallery featured portraits of celebrity suicides.[1] He was one of the founding members of Rockwell Gallery in Dalston, London, which was from 2002-2007 an influential artists' run space.[2]
Nolan is a visiting lecturer at City & Guilds of London Art School.
