Gammel Ryomgård
Gammel Ryomgård is an old manor house named Ryomgaard in 1576 [1] and called Gammel Ryomgaard from 1804,[1] when a lot of the land was sold and converted into separate farms. The new farms got the names Ny Ryomgaard (New Ryomgård) (originally Karlsruhe), Marienhøj (originally Marienhof), Frederikslund (originally Kragelund) and Margrethelund.[1]
Gammel Ryomgård is located in Syddjurs Municipality. The main building was built in 1643 and rebuilt in 1768-1770.[1] The building is protected.
Today Gl. Ryomgård has got 107 hektar of land.[1]
