Gadzhimurad Gazigandovich Rashidov (Russian: Гаджимурад Газигандович Рашидов; born 30 October 1995 in Dagestan) is a Russian freestyle wrestler of Dargin heritage, who competed for the European Nations Cup 2015 and won gold medal in 57 kilos. Senior European Champion 2016, two time Cadet World Champion. In Cadet World Championships 2011 he beat Hassan Yazdani for gold medal, two time bronze Junior World Championships[3] and bronze medal in Golden Grand Prix Ivan Yarygin 2016 (57 kg). Rashidov is best wrestler of the month (February, 2016) in Dagestan[4] and March.[5] Russian senior nationals 2015 bronze medal. Rashidov faced to senior European Wrestling Championships 2016 in Riga, Latvia.[6] He beat Yuriy Holub of Israel by technical fall, Levan Vartanov of Spain by technical fall, in quarterfinal Rashidov over Georgi Vangelov of Bulgaria by technical fall again. In semifinal he beat Asadulla Lachinau of Belarus (6-0). In final match he defeated Andriy Yatsenko of Ukraine.[7] In the Russian nationals 2016 he won two matches (Azamat Tuskaev of RNO-Alania and Nikolay Okhlopkov of Sakha) but after Dagestan team walked out he cut from the championship.[8]
