Fulufhelo Nelwamondo is an Executive Director of Modelling and Digital Science at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research as well as a visiting professor at the University of Johannesburg. He matriculated at Mbilwi Secondary School and then completed his Bachelor of Science as well as a PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of the Witwatersrand. His PhD thesis was supervised by Tshilidzi Marwala. He was then a postdoctoral research fellow at Harvard University. [1] He is a fellow of the South African Young Academy of Science. [2] He has been featured in many forums including the advertising of cereal on South African Television. [3] Nelwamondo has been ranked Mail and Guardian newspaper as the top 200 young South Africans.[4]
