Frenceay Titus (born 12 January 1991) is a Malaysian female weightlifter from the contingent Sabah, competing in the 53 kg and 58 kg category and representing Malaysia at international competitions. She holds two List of Malaysian records in Olympic weightlifting in the 58 kg category . She set the clean & jerk record with 101 kg at the 2011 Southeast Asian Games and the total record with 181 kg at the 2013 Southeast Asian Games.

She was the 2012 Sukma Games' sportswoman. She won at these games the gold medal in the 58 kg category and still holds the snatch (81 kg) and total (176 kg) Sukma Games records. At the 2013 Islamic Solidarity Games she won the bronze medal (58 kg event). She finished fourth at the 2013 Southeast Asian Games in the women's 58 kg event. She participated at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in the 53 kg event.[1]
