Franklin Parish School Board is a school district headquartered in Winnsboro, Louisiana, United States.
The district serves Franklin Parish.
The Franklin Parish superintendent is Neal Lane "Lanny" Johnson, a former member of the Louisiana House of Representatives, who served from 1976-1980. Johnson is also a former superintendent in the Ouachita Parish and an educator and superintendent in Tensas Parish, where his wife, Carol Johnson, is the superintendent. The couple resides in St. Joseph, the seat of Tensas Parish.
