Erwin C. Dietrich
Erwin C. Dietrich (born 4 October 1930 in St. Gallen) is a Swiss film producer, director and writer, mainly of exploitation vehicles like Ranch of the Nymphomaniac Girls, Barbed Wire Dolls, She Devils of the SS (aka Frauleins in Uniform) and The Erotic Adventures of Robin Hood.
Dietrich produced films as early as 1955 but began his most productive, and lucrative, streak around 1968, working under a variety of pseudonyms and producing as many as 10 films per year. He is best known for providing financing and stable working conditions for filmmakers such as Jesús Franco and Antonio Margheriti. Franco's web site describes Dietrich as the European Roger Corman.
