Emily Burns (born 22 September 1994) is a singer-songwriter originally from Rugby, England, now based in London. Her music style is influenced by artists such as Michael Jackson, Pink and Corinne Bailey Ray.[1] Her debut single, "Plasters, Glitter and Glue," was released on 12 August 2013.

Emily attended a masterclass at Abbey Road Studios in 2010 where she met Rob Cass,[2] who subsequently signed her to his company Cave Productions. She has since gone on to perform at numerous festivals, including a tour of the Czech Republic and appearances on two different stages at the Secret Garden Party.[3] Emily also had a slot on the BBC introducing stage at T in The Park in July 2013,[4][5] which led to her being playlisted on BBC Radio 1.
