Edrakpur High School (EHS) (Bengali: এদরাকপুর হাই স্কুল) is a public school in Birbhum district, West Bengal, India. It was founded in February 1951.[1]
The school offers education for students ranging form eleventh grade to eighteenth grade (approximately ages 9 to 17). With over 1,200 students, 500 of whom reside in its dormitories, EHS is one of the largest schools in Murarai Block II.[1]
History
Edrakpur High School was originally established at Edrakpur by a grant from Noor Islam in 1951. This school opened on 2 February 1951.[2]
