On the Air is a posthumously released album by Eddie Cochran, who died in 1960. The album was released in the United Kingdom on the United Artists record label (catalog number UAS-29380) in September 1972. In the United States, it was released in 1987, on the EMI America label (catalog number SQ-17245) with the same track listing.[2]
