Drasteria rada is a moth of the Erebidae family. It is found in Ukraine, southern Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia and China (Tibet, Qinghai, Xinjiang).[2]

The wingspan is about 31 mm.[3]
