Do the Work

Do the Work is a 2011 non-fiction book written by American author Steven Pressfield. It is the follow up book to his previous work The War of Art. In it he again emphasizes his theory of the enemy of creative works, Resistance, that stops individuals from achieving what they dream to do. He outlines the steps to overcome and defeat Resistance and produce what the soul desires, whether it be artistic, athletic, business, or any other venture that requires time and effort.^[1]^[2]^[3]
