The Diplomatic Privileges Act 1708 (7 Ann c 12) was an Act of the Parliament of Great Britain.
The whole Act was repealed by section 8(4) of, and Schedule 2 to, the Diplomatic Privileges Act 1964.
Section 7
This section, to "pleading and" was repealed by section 1 of, and the Schedule to, the Statute Law Revision Act 1887.
