Diogo Jorge Rosado (born 21 February 1990 in Peniche) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays for Cypriot club Ermis Aradippou as a midfielder.

Club career

Sporting

A product of Sporting Clube de Portugal's prolific youth system, Rosado made his professional debuts in the 2009–10 season, being loaned to Lisbon neighbours Real Sport Clube in Massamá, as the third division side was coached by Filipe Ramos – a former Sporting player.[1]

Still owned by the Lions, he moved to C.D. Feirense for 2011–12, making his Primeira Liga debut on 14 August in a 0–0 home draw against C.D. Nacional (two minutes played) and eventually starting in 12 of his league appearances as the campaign ended in relegation.

Blackburn Rovers

On 31 August 2012, Rosado signed for Blackburn Rovers in the Football League Championship, on a three-year deal.[2] On 31 January of the following year, however, he was loaned to S.L. Benfica B until June, with the option to make the move permanent.[3][4]

Vitória de Setúbal

In August 2013, Rosado had his contract at Blackburn terminated by mutual consent. Late into that month he returned to his country, and penned a two-year link with Vitória F.C. in the top level.
