Dictyocephalos is a genus of fungi in the Phelloriniaceae family of the Agaricales order. The genus is monotypic, and contains the single species Dictyocephalos attenuatus, described by the American botanist Lucien Marcus Underwood in 1901 (as D. curvatus).
