James M. Delmar Fieldhouse was a 5,000-seat multi-purpose arena located at 2020 Mangum Road in Houston, Texas. It was primarily used for basketball.

It is perhaps most notable for being the home court to the Houston Cougars men's basketball team, featuring Elvin Hayes, during the 1960s. It also hosted a Midwest regional quarterfinal game between the Cougars and the Marquette Warriors in 1961, the first NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament game held in the state of Texas. The city has gone on to host tournament games nine more times through 2011, with the 2016 Final Four scheduled to take place in NRG Stadium as well.

In 2007, the WNBA's Houston Comets and Connecticut Sun played a pre-season game at Delmar Fieldhouse.^[1]

In 2008, it served as the home court for the Texas Southern University Tigers women's basketball team.^[2]^[3]

In September 2013, the Houston Independent School District voted to demolish the structure which will be replaced by a new facility called the Delmar-Tusa Fieldhouse, set to open in late 2016.^[4]
