David Pratt is a Canadian sports radio personality who works for CKST TSN 1040, co-hosting the morning show since September 2013. From 2001 to 2011, he hosted along with Don Taylor the weekday afternoon talk show Pratt and Taylor, the highest rated sports talk show in the history of Canadian radio,[1] on CKST (then known as "The TEAM 1040") in Vancouver. In September 2011, Pratt's contract had expired and was not renewed by CKST. He eventually moved over to CKNW 980, hosting a sports show. In August 2013, it was announced that Pratt would be returning to CKST, teaming up with Bro Jake Edwards for a 6-10 a.m. morning show which first aired back on September 9, 2013.

Pratt has a running feud with former Vancouver Canucks general manager Brian Burke that often found its way on to the show. [2] A 30-year veteran of sports media, Pratt was formerly a correspondent and host of Last Call at sports cable channel TSN, where Pratt was an original broadcaster for the network, from 1984 until 2001, and worked at Vancouver radio stations CKLG, CFUN, CHRX, CKNW and CFOX, as well as CFJC in Kamloops and CJAV in Port Alberni (where he began his broadcasting career as a DJ in 1974).
