Dan Dinh is a former professional gamer and currently the coach for North American League of Legends team Cloud9.[1]
Dinh is of Vietnamese descent, and was born in Bataan, the Philippines.[2] Dan Dinh entered the League of Legends competitive scene by forming North American team All or Nothing with his brother Andy Dinh.[3] Due to internal conflict with his brother, he left the team and went on to create his own team Epik Gamer in 2010, where he played as the jungler role. On March 2012, he left Epik Gamer to join 4Nothing for about a month. After leaving 4Nothing in April, he announced his retirement and temporarily became a caster for various events.[4] In December 2012, Dinh reformed Epik Gamer for the Season 3 North American Qualifiers, but disbanded after being eliminated in the group stage.[5] Later that month, Dan moved in with Team SoloMid as a substitute player.[6] On October 2013, Dan Dinh left his position on Team SoloMid and moved to Los Angeles to be a coach for team Cloud9. He is known for his jungle Evelynn in solo queue and for using the League of Legends champion Heimerdinger.
