Damien Brown (born 12 January 1975 in Gosford, New South Wales, Australia) is an Australian former football (soccer) player and former school teacher.

Biography

Damien Brown announced his retirement from football in June, 2008, completing his final three seasons with the Central Coast Mariners Football Club. Damien fulfilled the club's Development Officer role for the next five seasons and on 1 October 2013 moved to the locally based International Football & Tennis School, Kariong. Here he joined former Mariner team mates, Andre Gumprecht and Brad Porter, as part of the coaching staff and as of late has taken up the job of Head of Administration/Enrolments.

Damien graduated from St. Edward's College, East Gosford in 1990 with a school certificate and Corpus Christi College (now St Peter's College), Tuggerah, with a higher school certificate in 1992. Damien then attended the Australian Catholic University in North Sydney, completing a degree in Exercise Science and finally a Diploma in Secondary Education through Charles Sturt University.
