Cymbacephalus is a genus of flatheads native to the western Pacific Ocean.
Species
There are currently four recognized species in this genus:[1]
- Cymbacephalus beauforti (L. W. Knapp, 1973) (Crocodile fish)
- Cymbacephalus bosschei (Bleeker, 1860) (Small-eyed flathead)
- Cymbacephalus nematophthalmus (Günther, 1860) (Fringe-eyed flathead)
- Cymbacephalus staigeri (Castelnau, 1875) (Northern rock flathead)
