Cyan, Inc. is an American telecommunications company headquartered in Petaluma, California whose main products consist of optical networking hardware and related management software.
On May 5, 2015, Ciena announced the acquisition of Cyan for in a cash and stock transaction currently valued at approximately $400 million.[1]
