Curtis "Curt" Maddox (born September 10, 1935) was the sixth head football at Mississippi Valley State University located in Itta Bena, Mississippi, and he held that position for two seasons, from 1966 until 1967. His coaching record at Mississippi Valley State was 4–14.[1]
