The frail gourami (Ctenops nobilis) is a species of gourami native to eastern India and Bangladesh found in lakes, ponds, rivers, and streams with plentiful vegetation overgrowth. This species grows to a length of 10 cm (3.9 in). It can also be found in the aquarium trade. This species is the only known member of its genus.[2]
