Crossgain
Crossgain was a company that developed application software for building web services. [1] [2]
The company was founded in February, 2000 by Tod Nielsen, Adam Bosworth and Rod Chavez. All of the founders originally worked for Microsoft.[1]
In September 2000 the company received US$10 Million in venture funding from The Barksdale Group and Benchmark Capital.[3]
It was acquired by BEA Systems in July 2001.[3][4][5]
