Cracker nuts
Cracker nuts is a snack food produced with peanuts that are coated in a wheat flour dough and then fried or deep-fried.[1] They often come in a variety of different flavours.
Nagaraya cracker nuts
Nagaraya is a brand of cracker nuts produced in the Philippines by Food Industries, Inc.[1][2] A bag of Nagaraya cracker nuts contains a total of 900 calories.[1] Nagaraya cracker nuts are produced in various flavors, such as garlic, adobo[1] and hot & spicy. In March 2014, Nagaraya cracker nuts were voluntarily recalled by Food Industries Inc. because the product contained toxic levels of aflatoxin, which is a secondary product of some molds.[2][3] The United States Food and Drug Administration also issued an advisory to consumers about the matter at this time.[2]
