Grote's Sallow (Copivaleria grotei) is a species of moth of the Noctuidae family. It is found in eastern North America, including Ontario, Tennessee, New York and Maryland.
The wingspan is about 35 mm. Adults are on wing from April to May.
The larvae feed on Fraxinus species.
