Colts Cricket Club Ground [1] is a cricket ground in Havelock Town, Colombo, Sri Lanka. The ground is the home of Colts Cricket Club since 1971.
The ground is regular venue for first-class matches[2] and has also hosted many women's cricket matches. The ground has also hosted few Youth Tests and ODIs.
In 2006, the ground was one of ground which was short-listed for up gradation by Cricket Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka Cricket's interim committee took a decision to upgrade ten cricket venues to international standards. According to SLC sources, these venues are being upgraded with the expertise extended by the ICC. ICC it is reliably learnt has shown a keen interest in using Sri Lanka as the venue for its future tournaments, and want to upgrade the grounds to achieve this. The ICC has so far hosted three of their tournaments in Sri Lanka with success the under-19 World Cup in 2000 and 2006 and the Champions Trophy in 2002.
