Coleophora picardella is a moth of the Coleophoridae family. It is found in France.
The larvae feed on Atriplex halimus and Halimione portulacoides. They create a spatulate leaf case of 8–12 mm with a mouth angle of 20-25°. The create five to eight new cases during their lifetime.[2] Larvae can be found from late August to spring.
