Chris Crowhurst, better known by his stage name Chris Loco, is an English record producer and songwriter. In 2011, Loco signed a publishing deal with Sony/ATV Music Publishing after his work with a then undiscovered Emeli Sande, which attracted their attention.[2]

Loco has produced and written songs for many artists including Rita Ora, Tinie Tempah and Ella Eyre. He produced and co-wrote the song "Easier In Bed" from Emeli Sande’s debut album, Our Version of Events, which went on to go 7x Platinum in the UK. In 2014, he co-wrote and produced Professor Green’s top 5 single "Lullaby", featuring vocals from Tori Kelly. In 2015, he co-wrote and produced the critically acclaimed "Stronger Than Ever" by Raleigh Ritchie, which featured as background music on the BBC and Sky Sports. "Stronger Than Ever" is also still used as the theme music for the De Montfort University television advert.

2016 has seen Loco heavily involved with the writing and production of Emeli Sande’s second album, Long Live The Angels, due out later this year.
