Charlie Mills (Charles Edward Mills) born 11 February 1994, is an English screen actor and fashion model. He is best known for his role as Neil in the thriller film "The Waterboatman".
Career
Mills started his career in 2011, when he signed under Carole White at London based model agency, Premier Model Management, after winning a supermodel competition run by ShortList and DKNY. Mills went on to have a successful modelling career in London, Paris and Milan.
In November 2013, Mills was appointed as a celebrity ambassador and mentor for UK based charity, Anti-Bullying Pro.[1] Mills worked with the chairty to educate school chridren on the effects of bullying.[2] In 2015, Mills spoke about his own experience of bullying in an interview with charity 'Ditch The Label'.
In the start of 2015, Mills stopped modelling to focus on his acting career, which kicked off in November 2015, when he started work filming Chris Wright's thriller film, The Waterboatman (2016 film), in which Mills starred as Neil, a failed musician.[3]
Personal Life
Mills grew up in London and Nottinghamshire and is the eldest son of business woman and ex model Susan Emma Mills.
