Chakkoli
Chakkoli is a dish made with rice flour balls and curry spices with meat, usually shrimps. This is a well known dish among the Muslim population in Kanyakumari District in Tamil Nadu, India. It is a rare traditional dish and it is usually consumed along with ginger flavored black tea. Making Chakkoli is a very time consuming process. The dough for the tiny rice balls is prepared by adding roasted rice flour in boiling water with grated coconut and salt and kneading thoroughly.[1]
