Carlos Cure Cure (born 1944)[1] is the Ambassador of Colombia to Venezuela. A civil engineer, Cure has also served as chairman of Bavaria, S.A., the biggest and most important brewery of Colombia, and Avianca, S.A., the national flag carrier of Colombia.[2][3]

Personal life

Son of Syrio-Lebanese migrants, he was born in 1944 in Sabanalarga, Atlántico.[1] On 6 February 1983 he married former beauty pageant contestant Margaret Elizabeth Núñez Hughes.[4]
