Carchi (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈkartʃi]) is a province in Ecuador. The capital is Tulcán.

Economy

The provincial economy is based on industrial, and agriculture productions. Carchi produces food, drinks, tobacco, and dairy products. The agriculture sector produces potatoes, maize, etc.[1]
