Capricode

Capricode is a Finnish privately owned Finnish technology provider, founded in 2002. Capricode’s main product is SyncShield, a Mobile device management (MDM) solution for Service Providers, Integrators, Enterprise Customers, OEM and Technology partners.

Capricode is a privately owned company having the head office in Oulu, Finland.

Capricode focuses on standard-based software products and services. In research and development activities Capricode uses Agile software development methods.

History

Capricode was founded in 2002 as a spin-off from Nethawk Plc. Capricode acquired Engi Oy and FlexIns Oy in 2002 and VoiceBit Oy in 2003.

In 2005 Capricode sold its subcontracting business area to Sweco.

SyncShield Mobile Device Management

Capricode SyncShield is a Mobile device management solution for Service Providers, Integrators, Enterprise Customers, OEM and Technology partners, who have the combined need for mobile security, dedicated application management, file management and / or settings and asset management.

SyncShield supports both Service Providers and operators that offer mobile device management for businesses as a managed (MSP) or hosted service (ASP).

SyncShield can be bundled along or integrated with various mobile solutions. A development kit is available for integration purposes.^[1]
